Communication Service Center (CSC) Manager, Alan manages the Referral Coordinators who are responsible for screening potential donors, counseling families, obtaining consent, and coordinating the recovery with all parties. Alan’s organizational skills and attention to detail have allowed the CSC to become more efficient at donor screening and gaining consent on potential eye donors. With a background as a transplant coordinator Alan received his CEBT and has been an asset to AEB for over 3 years now.
